Our STAR can be mounted directly and easily on all your flat or circular weaving looms. Thanks to our ultrasonic combined welding and cutting technology, these devices will help you to obtain clean and strong edges. The easy, quick and precise setting of welding gap enables to optimize at any time your welding quality. As a result, edges cutting quality consistency, will ensure an easy use of the product on any downstream final make-up operations of the FIBC. Technically, our devices has been specifically designed to work at loom speed. They are directly connected to your loom control system. Elsewhere, we have developed a wide range of welding patterns. This enables to better answer your needs and your product characteristics, whatever your loom configuration. Then, our devices are available in two powers, depending on your fabric thickness and required welding width.

Ultrasonic cutting on looms applications

Our STAR are well adapted to continuous cutting on your PP-Tapes weaving looms for: Big-Bags, bags, big-bags inner liners or Agrotextiles.
